We all know that education is not just about academic results but also about character development. Sadly, very few organizations focus their attention on leadership, let alone personal development in the youth.
By investing in GEL, you are directly building the leaders of tomorrow, some of which may be working in your industry in future. Giving GEL the chance to grow means that we are able to reach out to more youth and consequently, be able to help more of them realise and achieve their full potential.
We aim to produce well-rounded youth who know how to harness their potential and energy, and to develop inspiring visionaries. We want to develop youth that can become not just figureheads, but compassionate leaders – people who have the capability to change the world for the better.

CSR Projects
By allowing participants under our trainings to organise and execute CSR events, you will not only be championing a particular social issue, but will also be directly promoting the growth and continued nurturing of youth leadership. This will provide the opportunity to develop positive values and community spirit, as well as apply leadership based values by giving them a practical arena to use their skills.
These youth would also be given a chance to learn more about your company, your values and the reasons behind choosing the causes that you champion. With that increased understanding, they will be able to develop a genuine passion for your cause and work. This may prove to be a great avenue to hire future leaders for your organisation.
Simply provide the specifications of the events that you would like to organise to us, and we will handle everything from there onwards from the planning to the actual mobilisation of the event.
