An Introduction to GEL

Growing Emerging Leaders (GEL) was established in 2006 to provide a development platform focusing in personal growth, leadership training and application during their transition from university to the “working world”. In 2010, we officially registered ourselves as a Sdn Bhd and grew into a company that cares for much more: here at Growing Emerging Leaders, we recognise the potential of youth in becoming catalysts of change in society. We recognize that they will shape the future of our world, and we want to ensure they are equipped with the skills and training necessary to grow into competent and caring leaders, people who are passionate about the state of society and not only have the drive to make a change but also have the capability to do so.

We want to redefine what it means to be a ‘leader’ – it is not about popularity, or power, or wealth.

Ultimately, it is about service.
